Immigration Forms — Required Florida Notice (s. 501.1391, F.S.)
I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW AND MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE. I AM NOT ACCREDITED TO REPRESENT YOU IN IMMIGRATION MATTERS.
NO SOY ABOGADO AUTORIZADO PARA EJERCER LA ABOGACÍA Y NO PUEDO DAR CONSEJOS LEGALES NI ACEPTAR HONORARIOS POR CONSEJOS LEGALES. NO ESTOY ACREDITADO PARA REPRESENTARLE EN ASUNTOS DE INMIGRACIÓN.
For immigration matters, my service is limited to clerical help: typing USCIS forms that you have selected, using information you provide in writing, assembling copies, signing as the form preparer, and notarizing documents that require it. I cannot tell you which forms to file, whether you are eligible, what a question means, or how to answer it. I am not a “notario,” immigration consultant or immigration specialist, and I cannot represent you before USCIS or an immigration court.
For legal advice, contact an immigration attorney or a Department of Justice–accredited representative. Free and low-cost options are listed at uscis.gov/avoidscams.
